Suggest Remedy For Lumps In The Torn Ligament
I had surgery about 2 months ago to repair torn ligaments in my ankle and today my friend accidentally kicked it as we were walking. There s now a hard lump on the scar. I m currently icing it now. Is there anything else I can do? Will it effect anything? It doesn t really hurt that badly I m just afraid what is wrong.

if you find along with the scar that it's swollen up. kindly do some kneeding massage using any oil or ointment. it will relax the tissues and reduce the lumps and swelling. It will even make the scar mobile and relaxed skin surface will be found later. taking to worry about your ligament getting injire, I feel chances are less as it would have surely go healed and won't get trouble with minor shots on it.
