Suggest Remedy For Lump In Perineum And Irregular Bowel Movement
I have a growth in my perineum, the dr did a rectal exam and couldn t feel anything, gave me suppositories to dissolve any potential hemorrhoid, nothing changes and the obgyn doesn t see anything either in the Vagina, and suggested I go see a sex therapist as it could be muscle related. I know it is not, because I can feel the lump going to the bathroom and wiping. Bowel is irregular, please help

From history it seems that there might be having Cystocele or lax pelvic floor musculature giving this problem.
Ultra sound will give some clue about your problem.
Do regular pelvic floor exercises daily.
Avoid constipation.
Ok and take care.
