Suggest Remedy For Lump In Ear

22 year old Female. My right ear has a hard lump that kind of makes the ear close a bit more than the other one. If I place my index finger in each ear I can tell that the right is smaller. It feels hard like bone, its towards the bottom/front side of the opening. Because of it I've had hearing loss as I talk, I can hear it close and open as I speak, like I'm putting my finger over it and removing it. It also feels like there is fluid, but my doctor looked in my ear and said that they look fine and gave me neomycin drops. What is really happening here??

neomycin drops? for what?!!!!
There is something wrong with external ear canal.
1. Osteoma
2. Right TemporoMandibular joint problem
I think you should see an ENT for a posible surgery
