Hi! Good morning. i am Dr Shareef answering your query.
With your history, it seems that you have got a benign cyst in your armpit, which gets infected off and on discharging pus and blood on being squeezed. If I were your doctor, I would plan an elective surgical removal of the cyst during the time when it was not infected, and then send it for histo-pathology. I would advise for all routine blood tests before the surgery. Till that I would advise you for a broad spectrum antibiotic and an anti inflammatory drug for expediting the healing of the burst infected cyst for the present.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. I wish you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
