Suggest Remedy For Lower Back Pain With Sciatica And Numbness In Legs

Hello Sir! I have been suffering low back pain,with sciatica and numbness in both legs and arms!IFT and ultra sound treatments were given frequently!But i am not relieved of back pain!Doctor s diagnised Degenerative disc disease and L4-L5 disc prolapse for which finally operative measures are to be taken!I am 48 yrs old!Will it be a relief for me if the disc is removed?Thank you, RadhaMohan

Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic.After going through your query in my opinion it is degenerative spine with compressive symptoms.Rest in posision of relief, Cartisafe D once daily,NUROKIND GOLD ONCE DAILY and analgesics (DICLOFENAC 100 MG SLOW RELEASE TABLETS) give relief.Sometimes vitamin D deficiency can aggravate this so serum vitamin D test is advised if it is low than vitamin D supplementation will be required.Yes ,sciatica and numbness will be relieved by disc removal .Backache may or may not be removed.
