Suggest Remedy For Lower Abdominal Pain With Diarrhea And Muscle Pain

i've been having lower abdominal pains (similar to cramps) accompanied by diarrhoea for about the past month and a half. i am also experiencing loss of appetite. lately i have also noticed my hands tremble/feel numb sometimes and my muscles ache. i have had blood/stool tests and an ultrasound, and they have all been normal.

Hello,

First I would like to know whether loose stools are continuous or on and off for the last one and half month. As these symptoms can be because of viral infection (which seems to be less likely as the month has passed), irritable bowel syndrome. Which can be psychological too. My suggestion would be to avoid a stressful situation, start exercising, stop having heavy and spicy food and sleep on time. Symptomatically you can have tablet pantoprazole two times a day when you get pain and drink plenty of water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Maheshwari
