Suggest Remedy For Lower Abdominal Pain And Nausea

I have low abdominal pain in the pelvic area. This started around mid nite and has not let up. I took a laxative around 8.30 a.m. And this has not helped I feel nausous and feel really cold. What can I do to relieve the pain thank you. YYYY@YYYY

1. Commonest cause of abdominal colic seen in general practice are ureteric colic and small or large intestine colic.

2. Since pain is in pelvic area and not relieved with laxative check with your family doctor for further evaluation.

3. Since your Sex is not mentioned thus if female check with a Gynecologist to rule out gynecological/Obstetrics cause of the same.

4. Take a mild antibiotic (Norfloxacin) and an anti spasmodic (chamylofin forte) and seek an opinion of surgeon.
