Hello and welcome to HCM,
Chronic blood loss from body will cause low hemoglobin and thus anemia.
I understand from your description that non-cancerous tumors are polyps which are bleeding.
It is possible to remove the polyps surgically because if they continue to bleed continuously, low hemoglobin will remain a constant problem.
Iron supplements can help but getting rid of the source of constant bleeding is the definitive cure.

Thanks and take care
