Suggest Remedy For Low Amniotic Fluid During Pregnancy

After pregency period of 7 1/2 month doc found low amniotic fluid , she has being monitoring in hosptial last one week . On 7th of Sep Her AFI 7 to 8 cm . On IInd sonogra. It was found AFI 6 to 7 , Pls guide how to improve, even after doctor suggestion she taking daily two coconut water.

Hi,thanks for writing..If the amniotic fluid is low, she needs to take amino drip daily for 5 days and follow up with doppler study weekly.. She needs to take high protein diet and have plenty of oral fluids.. If fluid level falls furthur or if the doppler parameters becomes abnormal, she will require termination of pregnancy..
