Suggest Remedy For Low BP And Dizziness

hi, my name is Faye. my brother is in the blood pressure and they have been working with him and have not had any good results after 2.5 weeks. he has dizziness all the time. is there a dog that he can have for when his pressure drops so low to alert him so he will let him know so he doesn t fall. so he doesn t have to use a wheel chair? I am sorry if this is such a weird question. I know he needs also to take all the other precautions. thank you in advance.

Welcome to healthcaremagic,
The dizziness your brother is having could be to low blood pressure. There are some electronic blood monitoring devices which you can use to check his blood pressure whenever needed.
My advice for your brother is:
1. Have a died rich in salt for a couple of days
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Do regular exercise which will improve your muscle tone and improve your blood pressure.
4. Eat a proper balanced diet. Many times due to insufficient calorie intake and hypoglycemia you may feel giddy.
5. Avoid alcohol
6. Be careful when rising from lying down or sitting. Pump your feet and ankles a few times before standing up. When getting out of bed, sit upright on the edge of the bed for a few minutes before standing.
