Suggest Remedy For Loose Stools In Infants

My Baby is 4 & 1/2 months old exclusively on breast fed. From 2 days he is having frequent Bowel Moments. Yesterday he had around 10 to 12. Not much just around a tabel spoon amount, a bit watery, yellow in color with some mucus. Today he has passed around 5 times but last 3 times I have noticed some red color in the stools. Yesterday he was quite active. Today he seems a bit dull. While passing stool he strains a lot. The whether is hot. Please Advice. Thank You
