Suggest Remedy For Loose Motion Of 1 Year Old
My baby is 1 year old. She is having loose motions about 5-6times a day after every feed. I am not nursing her now.
She takes Cerelac, lactogen,rice, dal etc. I am also giving her sprolac powder(2 sachets per day, 1 gm each) from yesterday. but it has not helped. What is the remedy?

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. It seems your kid is having acute watery diarrhea. Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry. Antibiotics might worsen if unnecessarily used causing antibiotic associated diarrhea. I suggest you use zinc supplements & ORS... Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time.
