Suggest Remedy For Loose Bowel Movements With Bloating

I have been having approximately 6-8 BM's a day for about a year and a half. Always upon waking and lasting for maybe 3 hours or so. Usually loose to soft, but sometimes formed. No pain, just bloating and mild discomfort. The frequency and urgency affects my ability to leave the house for a while. What's going on?
