Suggest Remedy For Lightheadedness And Sickness Due To Gastro

Had gastro 5 days ago, still feel very unwell even though the vomiting stopped after 10 hours. Am feeling very light headed n sick, and wondering if this is normal to take so long to recover from gastro as I have had it before and felt better within 2 days. Am getting worried thee is something else going on. Went to doc yesterday who told me I will start feeling better soon but think I feel worse today. Help.

it's normal to feel dizzy after gastro . drink a lot of boiled water and take soft diet . electrolyte imbalance after gastro can cause such problems . drink plenty of fluids
