Suggest Remedy For Knee Pain Post Injury

I got kneed in my knee by someone else going for a layup in basketball. It felt weird getting up and I could barely run after that. The next day it was really sore and it hurt to walk. As a couple weeks past, it stopped hurting when I walked, and jogged. It does not hurt to spring just feels weird. Not it is just sore at times but much better. What do you think I did to it?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thanks for consulting. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.

if you have pain can take analgesic like tablet diclofenac 50 mg twice a day.

also give cold compression at the area of site with ice pack.

can try local analgesic like diclofenac ointment

this will be sufficient and you will be fine. its seems just a mild contrition

Hope it helps. If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues in future, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile.

Have a wonderful time ahead.
