Suggest Remedy For Keloids In Chest Area

Hello Doctor, I am having keloid in my chest right side past 10 years,4 year back consulted a doctor and had a streiod injection, it became small,again started growing and then had one more streiod injection 1 year back.it become small and started growing.now there is another one keloid in other part of chest, its small and growing.Pls advice me what is the exact remedy doctor.

Intralesional steroid therapy is the mainstay of therapy for keloid. Silicone gel sheet is the other treatment option for keloid. Topical potent steroid cream like halobetasol under occlusion can also be used. Intralesional bleomycin and 5 fluorouracil may also be used.Discuss the above mentioned therapy with your dermatologist.Regards
