I have a constant itchy throat. I went to the doctor and she gave me medicine for a slight bronchitis, but its now all gone and Im still the same if not worse. I took a nap sitting up and half an hour later I woke up in a fit of gags and cough attacks, that lasted five minutes. I cant sleep, I cant eat, and my chest hurts so bad it feels like stabbing pain everywhere. I suck on cough candies and sip tea with honey and lemon, but the itch wont go away. Please tell me there is something I can take or do to stop this terrible itch. Thankyou.
