Suggest Remedy For Itchy Testicles

hi i have been having constant itches near my gooch are (under my testical) and also on the side of my leg also next to my testical area and i have no idea what it could be there has been no bleeding or anything like that its just very itchy, i have tried sudocream but that doesn't seem to help, i shower regularly so i don't know if it could just be a sweat rash or a heat rash

HI.
This is called a jock's itch. The area is mentioned is not exposed to the air so the sweat gives an environment which facilitates the growth of the fungal infection.
The treatment is:
Exposing the are at the air whenever is possible like when you are at home.
Clean with water , dry this with cotton cloth or hair-dryer, apply pure anti-fungal lotions. You may also take an anti-fungal oral tablets as advised by your Doctor.
This take s about 3 weeks to 3 months for a cure . Do not stop stop treatment in between.
