Hi.
As per your case history you are having sweat dermatitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Wear loose clothes to avoid effects of perspiration on skin.
3. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it. Also apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.
4. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
MBBS, DDVL.
