Hi, As per your complain it seems to be most probably an allergic reaction only and it seems that you are being continuously exposed to the allergen leading to spread of the symptoms and also ineffectiveness to the anti allergic medications. Other cause for it can be Staphylococcus bacteria infection leading to severe Folliculitis. You should consult an Allergist or an Infectious medicine specialist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like blood tests, microscopic examination of the scrapings from the lesions can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.
