Suggest Remedy For Itchy Rashes On Breast

hi, i have a small rash in my cleavage (consisting of a few small spots and a pale red colour) which is very itchy when i am wearing a bra as my breasts are pushed very closely together! when i dont have a bra on the rash doesnt bother me at all. i was just wondering what could be causing this and what home remedies i could use to clear it up quicker? in my opinion, i feel it could be a sweat rash but not entirely sure thanks in advance

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is candidial intertrigo which is a fungal infection. You must avoid heat and humidity. Topical antifungal creams like clotrimazole can be used along with oral antifungals like fluconazole. Clotrimazole dusting powder can be used before you consult your dermatologist. Avoid wearing tight clothes.Regards
