Suggest Remedy For Itchy Labia Minora

I have an itchy labia minor. I have tried creams recomended by the docotr and it does not work. I have had this on and of for a long time. All STD's have been ruled out. It is to the point now where it is on both sides and it is difficult to resist the itch. Worse at night.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely due fungal infection or dryness. For such condition in my patients i advise ointments with combination of antifungals like clotrimazole or terbinafine with corticosteroids like betamethasone for local application.I also recommend to avoid hard detergents for washing undergarments and to avoid irritating soaps and to use hypoallergic soaps like cetaphil.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
