Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to your symptoms, the possibilities are :
-Infections like herpes, mollascum contagiosum, etc.
-Reactive skin lesions due to shaving, like folliculitis.

As you are having itching along with lesions, it's better to consult gynecologist once to find out the exact cause and take treatment accordingly. Using intimate wash can reduce the symptoms to some extent.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
