Suggest Remedy For Itching In Testicles

Hi, uhm my husband says his testicals itch after he shaved, but he's shaved befor and they haven't itched as bad as they are now...I didn't see reddness just the normal raazor burn, what can take away the sensation of him itching its really bothering him..and he's been out in the feild do you have any advice?

Hi.
Read and understood the history of itching in scrotal skin post-shaving but for the first time.
Out in the fields means he may be exposed to hot and humd atmosphere, one of the reasons for development of itch.
This is possibly non specific dermatitis.
I would advise:
Clean the area with tap water 4 times a day.
No soaps.
Apply liquid povidone iodine locally to make the area sterile.
Orally antihistamine to control itching.
Consult a Dermatologist for expert opinion and treatment as per the cause.
