General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
You should be having fungal infection of skin which is known as tinia corporis. You should use topical antifungal ointment along with topical steroidal cream for itching.
It's very important to keep local hygiene and avoid scratching as it can aggravate and further spread the infection. You can also take oral anti histamine to relieve the itch.
Please consult a dermatologist for evaluation and treatment of your skin rash.
Hope this will be helpful.
Take care.
