Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation
My period is usually on the 16th and I typically get bad cramps and I have been very regular for several months now. This month it came 7 days late (if it is my period) and I am in a lot of pain. Is there a possibility that I had an early pregnancy miscarriage?

You can simply go for a urine pregnancy test to check whether you are pregnant or not.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gynaecologist and plan for an ultrasound scan.
