Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to a lung disorder or heart failure. Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician as soon as possible for a physical exam, a cardiac ultrasound and NT pro BNP levels for heart failure.

Some other tests (pulmonary function tests, complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation, blood electrolytes for possible imbalances).

Hope you will find this answer helpful! Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka
