Suggest Remedy For Indigestion And Headache

Hallo! Doctor, I am a diabetic patient having also hypothyrodism. I am taking 5oo mg glyciphage at night immediately before meal and 100 mg thyronorm in empty stomach at every early in the morning. But I am frequently suffering from headache started from midnight arround 2-3 am. I usually go to bed 23.30h-12.00 h. I feel indigestion tremedous, so sometimes I take dompan(panteprazol 20mg + dompyridon 20mg). Could you please advise me to overcome this problem, please. Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Hypoglycemic Headache with evening mismatched dosage of glyciphage.
Remedy-
Your Indigestion needs to be worked up with Physician,as this is disturbing the diabetic drug treatment and its side effects.
Check with Stool Ova /Cyst.
Check for IBS with GERD if any.
Thyronorm dosage needs to be reviewed after the GTT and T3-T4 / TSH , along with review of dosage of glyciphage,as this is causing hypoglycemic headache.
other causes of headache need to be worked up and treated accordingly with your Physician's advise.
