From description i am assuming that your child has lymphoid hyperplasia which is characterised by enlargement of tonsils and enlarged lymph nodes at neck .This could be due to viral flu, common cold, dental caries, tonsillitis. If symptoms are there then antibiotic course usually resolves the condition. As piriton already contain antihistamine no need to add montair lc now the hyperplasia can get relieved with antibiotic.
