Hi
I have gone through your query & i can understand your anxiety.

After hysterectomy it is common to experience symptoms like hot flashes , night sweats , loss of libido due to abrupt fall in estrogen levels . As it is a surgery induced menopause , you might experience other menopausal symptoms too.

i advice you to ,
- Do YOGA & Keep yourself stress free
- Have salt restricted diet
- Avoid caffeine ,alcohol & smoking
- Also low dose antidepressants if needed

Hope i have answered your query . Let me know if i can assist you further . Take care .

Regards,
Dr. Yoga priya V , General & family physician .
