Suggest Remedy For Hip Pain

I am 57 years old, 5 feet tall, 150 lbs. I have fibromyalgia, but my problem is I get catches in my hips, when that happens it is excruciatingly painful and I can hardly walk. This time it lasted for two days, most times it might just last a few hours. I usually will lay down for a while and it will go a way, but sometimes it is worse than others always. I had an mri on my hips and my low back, they were negative.
