Suggest Remedy For High Bp

I have been taking amitriptyline 25mg for sleep issues but i donate plamsa and recently since starting this medication along with 15mg meloxicam and 10 mg cyclobenzaprine my bp has been 169/108 and i have been deferred from donating are these medications interacting to cause this?
