Hello Welcome to HCM Thanks for posting your query. I understand your concerns. After going through your history, it seems that you are having essential hypertension. Only one tablet of antihypertensive won't decrease your blood pressure.
You need to take it regularly without missing. You can consult your family doctor only and start taking antihypertensive as soon as possible.
