Suggest Remedy For High SGPT Levels

Hi,

I had high Triglycerides. I was taking Crestor 10 mg for last three years. Recently my doctor changed it Lopid. I have been taking it for last 4 months.

I had skin rash red colour on my face and dry skin on my face.

I have received my blood test results.

S. Colestrol 217 mg/dl
S Triglycerides 105 mg/dl
HDL Cholestrol 57mg/dl
LDL Cholestrol 138mg/dl
Fasting Blood Sugar 115mg/dl
SGPT 57 U/L

I am concerned about my results, specially SGPT. Please advise.

Hi dear.
I have gone through your reports.
Your LDL cholesterol is slightly high. Take low fat diet and high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Go for regular exercise.
Your fasting blood sugar level is borderline. You should take anti diabetic diet. repeat blood sugar after a month.
Youe SGPT is slightly high. Mild viral infection , alchohol or drugs can lead to this. No need to worry.
