Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Hypertension may be due to uncontrolled Hypothyroidism or steroid treatment of psoriasis or due to simple anxiety.
My advice to you is -

1. Watch for the causes I have given him and ask your doctor about them. If any of the above reasons are not present then your doctor will start medicine for hypertension.

2.Once your blood pressure is under cocontrol just go for trademill stress test and 2d echo of heart to evaluate the present condition of heart.

3 . Regular daily walking and salt restricted diet with adequate fruits and vegetables in diet will help to control blood pressure.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
