Suggest Remedy For Heavy Sweating, Cramps, Diarrhea And Tiredness

So today I went to work not feeling well. I was sweating severely, my whole body felt off balanced, and I was super light headed. I had to go home. Since I have been home, I also now have diarrhea, stomach cramps, excessive thirst, chills, and a bit tired. What could this be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that you might be having acute gastro-enteritis producing fever, chills, loose motions and vomiting.
Take antispasmodic, antidiarrheal and antiemetic medicine.
Take plenty of water, electrolytes and ORS liquids.
Take rest.
Take light diet like curd, rice, buttermilk.
If problem persisted then go to ER as there is risk of having dehydration.
Ok and take care.
