Hi dear user
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

You have symptoms of hypothyroidism. If you were my pacient i will ask to repeat the thyroid tests TSH,free T3 and free T4 and the total and ionized calcium. After the tests result we can adjust the dose of hormone replacement therapy and of calcium.

For the problem of your back pain my advice is to consult a rheumotologist,to do the necessary investigations for the deduction of the diagnose and the right treatement.
Only after the right treatement of your back pain ,you will have a good night sleep.

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me.
Thank you for using HCM.
Wish you good health
