Suggest Remedy For Heart Ailment
Hello Mr. Doctor I am From Afghanistan and my Father got heart disease he is 60years old and 74kg wh 175cm height that is (left Anterior descending Artery): Proximal segment has moderate diffuse disease. mid segment has long sever segmental disease, Total in distal segment.Diagonals: D1: Small size vessel have diffuse disease.D2: Proximal Segment has mild disease.Left Circumflex artery:Proximal segment has mild disease, Mid segment has moderate disease, Distal segment is small size normal vessel, Feeding PDA retrogradely.Obtuse Margenals: Medium sized vessel with proximal segment has severe disease. Mid& distal segment have moderate disease.Left Main Stem: Mild disease in ventricularization of pressure.and he has high blood sugar about 13.9 Mol/Liter what do you think to do with and we are financially not able to do angioplasty or bypass surgery and it is not possible in Afghanistan. is There any medicine to cover this he already take Asprin 75mg , bisoprolol hemifumarate, Rovastatin ,Isosorbide Dinitrate.

have carefully read all your detais ,he is a candidate for ptca or bypass surgery but as you cant afford it he can be kept on medical therapy
there are many chronic anti anginals lik trimetazidine, ranolazine and nikorandil available in market norw which can increase his longevity.

dont worry patient can be kept on medical management also , and this will prolong his life aspirin would be given in more doses with clopigrel anothe antiplatelet will be added to and many other alternations will be made
thanks calcium channel blockers and long and short acting nitrates would be added ,spironolactone will be given to prevent cardiac remodelling
