Suggest Remedy For Hearing Problem With Ear
i have tinnitus had it for a few years now i attend ent clinic but they dont seem to be interested i have never had a scan i had 2 operations on both ears due to mastoids and my left ear i dont have much hearing its constant pulsating and very loud i cant sleep because i hear my heart beat and swishing can you help me i am at the end of my wits cant take much more ??????

I feel probably you have hearing nerve weakness because of previous infection.
Hearing loss with tinnitus suggests hearing nerve weakness.
As you have undergone 2 mastoid surgeries , there are more chances of inner ear damage either because of infection, or drugs or surgery.
If I were your treating doctor I would advise for audio me try test, detect the degree of hearing loss and nerve weakness.
If hearing loss is moderate to severe, then I would advise for hearing aid.
For tinnitus, I would suggest you to try with betahistine 16 mg tab + ginkobiloba
tablets + multivitamins for 3 weeks and see the response.
