Suggest Remedy For Headaches And Blurred Vision

i am a 54 year old black lady with high blood pressure , that s usually maintained with medication. Starting yesterday my pressured has been elevated 180/96 yesterday afternoon, and 172/105 twice today, I have a really bad headache and a little blurred vision. I be taken both of my blood pressure med and still feel awful, what should I do?

Hello. Thanks for asking Healthcare Magic. This condition can be strongly related to your blood pressure only. I would suggest to get your blood pressure monitored regularly, if it is high , you can meet your doctor and maybe he will change your blood pressure medication. Also get your eye sight examination done. Take some rest and eat a diet low in sodium content. I hope this helps. Thanks and regards.
