Suggest Remedy For Headache

For the past two days I have been getting very bad headaches that are the most painful at the curve of my eyebrow near my nose. If I rest my fingers on those areas, it is excrutiating. I have no history of headaches at all. Could this be caused from straining to see something and therefore making a "mad face" with my eyebrows? Or could this be more serious?
