Suggest Remedy For Headache

Hello I spent all day yesterday painting with oil based paints and started to develop a headache towards the end of the day. I took Paracetamol last night but that didn t seem to do much so I went to bed then woke up with it still this morning. I have taken 2 x Ibruprofen and 2 x Paracetamol but it still hasn t gone away. It is a really heavy aching pain over my right eye and that side of my head. Can you suggest anything to get rid of it please?

Hello dear,
I understand your concern.Your headache apparently got triggered with oil based paints and it is hemicranial(right side of head)and retro-orbital(behind the eye)-these symptoms are features of 'migraine'.Other symptoms associated with migraine are nausea, photophobia(headache increases on exposure to light),phonophobia(headache increases on exposure to sound) or visual aura(seeing flashing zig-zag lights). Please visit your physician and discuss with him so that he can put you on a trial of anti-migraine medicines.I hope it helps.
