Suggest Remedy For Headache With Blurry Vision

Hi Im Teja and suffering from headache through which i cant bare the pain and it lasts for near to 8 hours,it will start with vision blurred one side pain the other side of total body become unsensitive for little time then vomitting last nice sleep freqeuncy is 2 times in a month doctor suggested me with naproxen tablet, i came to know it is for relief i want proper food diet(vitamin intake) so that i can minimize the freqeuency of migirine

It does seem that you have a migraine. A migraine is a recurring headache that happens due to any trigger factor. This trigger will cause the migraine to start and causes the dilatation of the blood vessels in the head. This is what causes the pain.

Also, the migraine causes numbness and the vision blurring that you have. Your Doctor has given you the right treatment and you can continue it.

Here is a good diet plan to follow:
Drink lots of water
Eat 2 to 3 servings of fruits daily
Eat 2 to 3 different servings of vegetables daily
Eat 4 to 5 small meals in a day and make them have carb:protein:fat ratio as 50:40:10

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
