Suggest Remedy For Headache During Pregnancy

My daughter is pregnant and she is running 5th month. Her problem is she is having severe headache. We consulted an ENT doctor and he advised that it is cynicism and he prescribed Metaspray (Cipla brand) - (i.e. Mometasone Suroate Monohydrate nasal spray). I have not given the medicine yet. Can I give her as it contains steroid. It is it be harmful to the child and mother

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion mometosone nasal spray is safe.Dont worry.It just has local action with less systemic absorption.So nothing wrong in taking it.You can also try paracetamol tablet for headache. Pain killers are to be avoided in pregnancy.
