Hello dear,
I understand your concern.Fatigue with headache localised at the back of the head, likely points towards the diagnosis of Tension type Headache(TTH).It may however, also be present at other sites(like above right ear in your case). In TTH,it is relieved by tight pressing the scalp and starts after rising from the bed in the morning.Your blood pressure is currently fine and likely not causing the symptoms. Please do some yoga and mental relaxation exercises and if it still persists, please consult a physician to get examined for the sake of diagnosis. If pain is severe,Tricyclic antidepressants like Amitriptyline will help(but please take it under a physician's guidance only).I hope it helps.
