Suggest Remedy For Head Throat And Chest Pain

Hi my name is Sandra my 16 year old daughter is complaining that her head, throat and chest hurt and I did her bp check and it is 98/55 and her pulse is 134. She has had problems with her appendix, should I bring her in to the ER dept or just give her Tylenol. Please text me as I don t have an email address at 1-306-960-7492 thank you.

Pulse rate of 134 is possibly due to fever.Two possibilities need to be considered her-either a febrile viral illness or pneumonia. If she has associated cough and sputum production, then probable pneumonia needs to be ruled out.
I would recommend that she needs to follow up with the emergency room and get a chest Xray done. Meanwhile, give Tylenol for fever.
