Suggest Remedy For Hard Bump On Front Part Of Tongue

My daughter has developed a hardness in the front part of her tongue (it's pea sized or a little bigger and inside the tongue) not on the surface. She is 12. She says it is painful to the touch, swallowing and eating.Any ideas of what that could be?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The hard lump could be a lipoma or fibroma or neurofibroma with in the tongue.
Consult a oral physiician to rule out the above said conditions and get it removed surgically.
nothing to worry these are all benign conditions, it will not harm.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
