Suggest Remedy For H Pylori

I tested positive through a blood test for H. Pylori and my spouse tested negative, she was told she is anemic and she was told she was pregnant, she is 40 years old and african american. She was also told this is a high risk pregnancy and I am unemployed and our 14 year old is the only one with medical insurance-missouri healthnet. The head doctor of the urgent care where we went too instructed the nurses to tell me on the phone to take prilisec and and no antibiotics, he is not the doctor who saw us, that doctor was unavailable. I was told by the other doctor he would give me a prescription for antibiotics, he wasn't there and like I said I was told our H. Pylori results on the phone, I am worried and uncertain what to do to get the antibiotics I need. Can someone give me advice. 757-327-2297.

Hello,

Some advice that I can give to you is:

-Therapy for H. pylori infection consists of 10 days to 2 weeks of one or two effective antibiotics, such as Amoxicillin, Tetracycline metronidazole, or Clarithromycin.
-Take Ranitidine drug on daily basis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
