Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain the most common cause for
bad breath is poor
oral hygiene which leads to proliferation of bacteria in the oral cavity leading to infection in the gums as well as teeth thereby causing bad breath along with gum problems like pus formation as well as tooth cavities.
Gingivitis can cause bad breath and the treatment is based reducing infection and improving oral hygiene..
You should visit your
dentist and get thorough cleaning of teeth done by the dentist using a small machine and the process is called SCALING.
Along with it you should maintain personal care of mouth by brushing your teeth twice daily once in morning and once at night before going to bed..
Gargle using antimicrobial mouthwash twice a day specially after meals can be helpful in reducing microbial growth and promote good oral health..
Avoid food products which have sharp odours like raw onion and garlic
Maintain a good digestion as
indigestion can also lead to bad breath.
Drink plenty of water to avoid
dehydration and dryness of mouth..
Eat more of raw and fibrous vegetables and hard fruits like apple as they help in cleansing of the debris from teeth and mouth..
Hope your query is solved..
Thanks and regards..
