Suggest Remedy For Gas And Vomiting In A Diabetic Nonagenarian

My mother is 92 years old. She has 4th stage kidney disease and she is diabetic. It is controlled by diet and long acting insulin. She constantly burps and is in extreme discomfort. It causes her to vomit her meals regularly. What can I do to relieve her discomfort and help her?

Hello dear from my opinion I am suggesting that you give her gestid suspension for the gas and Avomine tablet for the vomiting since she has stage 4 kidney disease it will require a dialysis
